REGULATIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These Terms and Conditions constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and govern the terms of concluding Sales Agreements through the Service, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
The Service is operated by Piotr Konderla, conducting business activity under the name:

The Service operates in accordance with applicable laws and in observance of good commercial practices, particularly with regard to ecommerce standards in the area of product quality and transaction handling.
Definitions
Terms and Conditions – this document including all appendices, outlining the rights and obligations of the Parties to the Agreement.
Party – refers to either the Client or the Seller.
Parties – collectively refers to both the Client and the Seller.
Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded with the Client under an organized system for concluding agreements at a distance, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication.
Service – the online store available at busandcoachparts.com

Consumer – a natural person purchasing products or services through the Service for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
User – any entity using the Service.
Account – the User panel available immediately after payment is confirmed, accessible via login credentials sent to the Client’s email.
Payment Method – the form of payment for a product or service chosen by the Client during the order process, offered by the Service or agreed upon individually.
§1 General Provisions
The Service engages in the sale of leather goods and accessories. In matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the following laws shall apply:

The Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);

The Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827);

The Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
Product and service descriptions in the Service do not constitute commercial offers as defined under civil law. The price list displayed on the homepage does not constitute a commercial offer either.
§2 General Provisions
Orders may be placed 24/7 via busandcoachparts.com. Products are dispatched the same day before 18:00; orders placed after 18:00 are shipped within 2 business days to the address provided by the Client.
Sales are conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Information on the products and services constitutes commercial information under the Civil Code.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to the Seller under civil law. Orders are submitted through the e-store at busandcoachparts.com.
Upon submission of a valid order, the Client receives an email confirmation. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order via email.
The Agreement is deemed performed on the date access credentials to the order are emailed to the Client.
§3 Payments
All prices listed on the Service are gross prices in Euro and include VAT.
Available payment methods:
Online payment via Przelewy24,
Bank transfer.
The price at the time of ordering applies. The Service reserves the right to change prices, which does not affect previously placed and confirmed orders.
§4 Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding services provided via the Service or usage issues should be submitted to: info@busandcoachparts.com
A valid complaint must include:
Client’s identification (name, address, email, phone),
Description of the issue or product in question.
If further clarification is required, the Service will request additional information before processing the complaint, extending the response time accordingly.
In consumer agreements, the Seller is liable under Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code for physical or legal defects (warranty).
The Service shall respond within 14 days. If no response is provided within this period, the Client’s claim is deemed accepted.
If a Consumer requests replacement or a price reduction and the Seller fails to respond within 14 days, the request is considered accepted.
For non-consumer Clients, the Seller’s warranty liability is excluded pursuant to Article 558 §1 of the Civil Code.
Returns will be accepted at the following address: Cieszyńska 242 / 2, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The Client has 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel to return the product.
§5 Withdrawal and Termination
Under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, a Consumer concluding a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without providing a reason, bearing only the costs indicated in Articles 33, 34, and 35 of the Act.
To meet the deadline, a written statement must be submitted within the 14-day period. It may be sent electronically or to the Service’s address.
A withdrawal form is included as an Appendix to these Terms and Conditions.
Users may cease using the Service at any time. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at its sole discretion.
§6 Technical Requirements and Cookies
Recommended system requirements:

The Service uses cookies – data files stored on the User’s device to tailor website functionality.
Types of cookies used:

Persistent cookies – stored for a defined period or until deleted,

Session cookies – deleted after closing the browser or logging out,

First-party cookies – set by the Service,

Third-party cookies – set by external services (e.g., Google Analytics).
Cookie preferences can be managed via browser settings. Instructions for common browsers are available in their help sections.
§7 Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify Service content, prices, and the offered services, in accordance with market trends.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
Damages caused by Users violating third-party rights,
Service interruptions or unavailability beyond the Provider’s control,
Damages caused by the User’s breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms require notifying Users at least 14 days before taking effect. Orders placed before such changes remain governed by the previous version.
Disputes with Consumers shall be resolved by the competent common court under the Code of Civil Procedure. Disputes with non-consumers shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
